Purchase a row boat that you stays with you for the entire wipe.
Commands:
/spawn row - spawns your row boat near you (must be looking at water)
/kill row - despawns you row boat (has 60 second cooldown before you can spawn it again)
/recall row - teleports your row boat to you (must already be spawned, and you must be looking at water)
